Carpet Cleaning
We only use the Butler System's truck-mounted hot water extraction equipment system. This method is referred to as “steam cleaning.” We apply special cleaning products deep into the carpet fibers and then fully extract the cleaning solution along with all of the soil. We perform a very through rinsing on the carpets so that no sticky residues remain after the carpet is dry, and your carpet will stay cleaner longer as a result.This is a deep-down clean, which is the only carpet cleaning method recommended by all of the major carpet manufacturers.

- Vacuuming of all carpets, rugs and upholstery to be cleaned

Upholstery Cleaning • Drapery • Oriental & Area Rugs
When the Palmer's team arrives at your home the professionals will inspect your oriental and area rugs, upholstery and drapery and determine the appropriate cleaning method. Palmer's can clean a variety of materials including most wool or synthetic fiber area rugs and most fabric or leather covered furniture. Based on the manufacturer's cleaning recommendations for the items to be cleaned, our professionals will determine the best methods in which to clean the
designated areas.
Our Professionals are trained and equipped to clean in any one of these methods that might be needed. Our cleaning process begins with a thorough vacuuming, application of our special cleaning solution, then extraction of the cleaning solution and the soil. These steps will result in the best cleaning possible for your items.
Carpet Stretching
Carpet that has been improperly installed can form “ripples” or “wrinkles” over time. Ask your professionals about the carpet stretching technigues that are available. We use special equipment to stretch the carpets back to their orignial form. We offer our standard 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Water & Flood Damage
Palmer's can provide your emergency cleanup and water removal and complete restoration before further damage occurs. Our Professionals are ON CALL 24 hous a day 7 days a week to be there for our customers. We are always available to our customers in the unlikely event that this serive is needed.

At Palmer's Cleanng Service we guarantee that we will meet or exceed the cleaning expectations set by our professionals on the initial pre-inspection, and more importantly to meet or exceed our customers expectations. This 30 day guarantee applies to all services that we perform. Upon completion of the services, our professionals will guide you through a post-inspection of the work performed in your home. If the work has not met or exceeded the expectations set, there will be NO CHARGE for the services. For a period of thirty days after the work is performed, we will either return to redo any necessary work or provide a 100% refund.
